Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

A: Yes all products are vegan and cruelty free.

Q: Do you do wholesale?

A: No

Q: Are the lip glosses thick and sticky?

A: No

Q: Do you do international shipping?

A: Yes I do. International shipping fee is $14.

Q: How long does it takes for shipping and how will I know?

A: Shipping usually takes 3-5 business day. When your order has been ship, I will email you your tracking number.

Q: If I make two separate orders the same day, will I have to pay shipping again?

A: Yes

Q: Can you cancel your order ? 

A: Only if you purchased through PayPal. If you order through PayPal and want you order canceled, then email your name and order number. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DONE WITH PROCESSING.
